The Proof is in the People

MCF's programs create measurable, lasting change in educator wellbeing, attendance, student outcomes, and school culture.

Outcomes & Research

By the Numbers

MCF consistently receives exceptional feedback across its mental health support, attendance, and special needs programs, with educators reporting meaningful improvements in well-being, student outcomes, attendance, and school culture. Participants frequently describe the experience as transformative and among the most valuable professional learning opportunities of their careers.

Mental Health Support Impact

MCF's team designed and delivered one of the largest district-wide mental wellness certification programs in Dallas ISD history, training 270 educators through a 30-hour, neuroscience-based program focused on regulation, de-escalation, and applied mental health support and prevention. These are the results from a three-year post-program survey:

Three-Year Post-Program Outcomes: Large-District Mental Health Support Training

Attendance Impact

The MCF Attendance Program removes real barriers to attendance by addressing the mindset, behaviors, and systems that shape school culture. It takes a comprehensive approach across connection, trust, and targeted support at every tier of the MTSS model.

Measurable attendance improvement across 20 school districts

95%

of schools saw improved attendance

40%

of schools achieved 20%+ gains

26%

Special Needs Impact

MCF's work in special education transforms how educators, staff, and families show up for every learner, building the regulation, confidence, and practical skills that make a real difference in the classroom. In a multi-day professional development for 50 educators in Grand Prairie ISD's Special Education Program, that impact was reflected in both the data and the voices of the educators who experienced it.

What Educators Are Saying

Two children with backpacks

This was such an amazing way to connect with educators and stakeholders across the district. I have continuously received feedback that it was a life-changing experience.

District Wellness Coordinator

I became much more self aware of my emotions and gained self management strategies that I was then able to share with others.

Behavioral Support Staff

This was all so good for my mind, body and wellbeing. I feel very well equipped to share this wealth and knowledge to students and staff at my campus.
